Poor customer relations after one item went missing

Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry for the issues you have had with this order. As this item was sent with Royal Mail we have to follow their terms and conditions and allow 10 working days before we can process a refund or replacement. I am sorry that the item did not come during this time. I can see after the 10 working days we had reordered the missing item for you with 1st class delivery. I apologise for the inconvenience that was caused due to the missing item, and the delay in getting it to you.
As a good will gesture we have refunded you 20% of this order, and hope if you order with us again we can provide you with better service.
The cards and envelopes were of fantastic quality and having them personalised just made them more appealing and would most certainly use and recomend it

Super quick delivery, even of personalised items. I was delighted with the apron I got personalised, not just printed on but embroidered... looked so much more expensive than it was!

Have always thought highly of card factory however last occasion was a complete mess up and resulted in cards been late. Even though it was their fault there was no apology and I felt I was expected...
