Awful, would never use again. Completely missed our names off as to who it was from and when I contacted you your web chat man was so rude!!

Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry for the problems you've faced with this order. We usually do send a note with the orders with the name of who it was sent by. I am very sorry this was not done for you, this is not our usual level of service. I also apologise your online Live Chat experience was not good. We do aim to help as much as we can when you conatct us, and i am sorry we could not help you on this occasion. I hope in the future you choose to order with us again, so we can provide you with a better experience and level of service.

Super service 5*

Super cards fast delivery great price and can order later later in the day and the cards are delivered by the next day. I like being able to personalise and put photographs and names on cards I order.
