Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry about your disappointment with some of the products you ordered. I cannot see any communications from yourself in regards to this order on our system. We do recommend if there are any issues with your order to contact us so we can get these resolved as soon as possible for you.
On this occasion i have refunded you for the 16109 Cornucopia 450gr Winter Cabin, due to the issues you had with it. I apologise for the inconvenience caused, this is not our usual level of service.

Easy to order and it's great that you can personalise your order. Cards are beautiful too.
Was disapointed as one card had been bent and the bags advertised as extra large and large were not big had to get some more from shop which where big enough to fit presents in.

It does usually take 2 weeks for the emails to stop being sent completely, i am sorry for the inconvenience caused by this.
