Dear Helen, I am very sorry that you have not been happy with the service that you received. I can see that the item was ordered on the 29th of December, we did put on all our sale banners and advertising that due to the holidays orders would not be dispatched until the 3rd of January when couriers resumed collections. Your hat was collected yesterday and having spoken with APC couriers have been assured that it is on an express air service to Northern Ireland due for delivery tomorrow. As your order was not on a priority or next day service we would see this as falling within our 2-5 working day standard service. I will keep an eye on the delivery times tomorrow.
