I'm only leaving 1 star as no option to leave none! This companies customer service is shocking! Contradicting and not following their own terms and conditions I will never order from them again!

Dear Kayley, Thank you for your feedback. I have tried to reach you yesterday on a few occasions by phone and email but was unsuccessful. It is my understanding that the bit you have purchased has been used and was found to pinch your horse as it was too small unfortunately if this is the case we would deem the bit used and unable to be returned. If this is incorrect and the bit is in its original condition with labelling and packaging then we would be happy for you to return the bit to the address below for a full refund or exchange of size. As in my original phone call with your store; I explained that the bit had only been tried on the horse while he was stood in his stable, the bit was in his mouth less than a minute for me to gauge weather the fit would be ok. I could tell straight away that the bit was too narrow for him so immediately took it off and contacted you the following day to be told that I couldn't return the bit.
It is brand new and in packaging with tags. Tried on but not used.
Will I now be entitled to a refund now that this has been explained more clearly??

Dear Kayley, I understand and yes it is difficult to tell with new styles of bits if they will fit in the same manner as their existing bit. Please return the bit to our store and if the bit is as you have said in your message above then we will be happy to refund you in full.
