I am delighted to hear that the staff you were dealing with were helpful and friendly.
I understand your frustration regarding our phone system. Here at AXA we try to answer all calls as soon as possible. Sometimes our branches can be quite busy so instead of making customer hold on the phone for long periods of time we will divert the calls to our next available agent in your area and after this throughout or whole branch network.
If you specifically want to speak with someone in your local branch you can drop them an email requesting a call back, however this may not be immediate. You can email your local branch on axa.drogheda@axa.ie
