Ok product, poor customer service/ aftercare

Was not what was agreed and negotiation for discount refused. Took four weeks to get a response. Overall disappointed as the blinds cost 2.2k and did not provide adequate customer service to support.

I am sorry you are not fully satisfied with the level of service you have received. As advised in our email to you on the 2nd December, the installation of your blinds is as expected. The features of the blinds were as discussed with the Design Consultant at the point your order was placed and also reconfirmed by the surveyor when the technical survey was carried out.
