I am sorry that we were unable to install all your blinds, shutters and awning at the same time. All the products have different manufacturing times and as a consequence we are unable to install them all together. I do appreciate that we agreed to hold off fitting the blinds until the shutters were ready, regrettably due to a scheduling issue this did not happen for which I do apologise. I trust when your order is completed at the end of the month you will be able to enjoy the benefits provided by all the products over the coming years. Poor

They promised between 5 and 8 weeks from order to instillation. In fact it took over 8 months - measurements were wrong and it took ages for them to rectify.
