Great production but increased contact with customer required before instal

Fitting was quick and efficient, arrangements less so. Delay in production meant the timescale for installation changed from 6 weeks to 12 weeks. Communication from customer service poor. They did...

Could you explain a little further please. One night we had a small window slightly open and the shutters closed and the condensation was far worse. There appears to be less moisture if the window is shut but it was only once I had the window open.

We're glad to hear that the shutters are effective at controlling the temperature within your home. With regards to condensation, one potential solution is to increase ventilation by opening the windows. Great product, great service, but could be slicker on admin.

We really did have a great experience from start to finish, the only critical part is taking payment for the blinds during the stages. It would help if this was explained better and the finance team...
