We do apologise that there was a discrepancy with the size of one of the blinds, this was replaced along with the chain on another blind a few weeks after the initial installation date. As with all our installations, we adhere to the Child Safety Requirements regarding chains which was discussed at the point of survey. I am sorry that you are disappointed with the blinds but trust you will be able to enjoy the benefits they provide over the coming years.
