Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I am sorry that you were not fully satisfied with your recent window shutter installation. When you first reported your concern to us a full investigation was carried out as confirmed in our recent letter to you. We found that the specification for the shutters was confirmed with you during the visit from the Design Consultant and confirmed again in writing when we visited to survey and take the detailed measurements. Our survey confirmation documentation (which we ask both our surveyor and customer to sign) is intended to make the specification for manufacturing the product clear and unambiguous. The product is then installed in accordance with this. I appreciate this outcome may be unwelcome but there has certainly not been any intention to mislead you. Fitter was excellent but as with other feedback am a little disappointed to be left with a pile of discarded packaging to dispose of. There was no mention of this in advance.

Thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback. We are delighted to hear that you are happy with the service you have received and quality of the product. The type of frame and the fixing position of the shutters was explained and agreed during the survey. Although at the point of survey we advised that the packaging would be left on site we do appreciate that there was more packaging than you were expecting. We are presently reviewing this policy. Our installers are usually very thorough when cleaning up after completing an installation. I was sorry to hear that you needed to do some further cleaning of the shutters.
