Thank you for taking the time to send your feedback, I am sorry that you are disappointed in the service and the product you have received. I do appreciate that your order did not go as smoothly as either of us would have liked and that we need to return to carry out some remedial work on your blind. As arranged the installer, along with the Installation Manager have been booked to return on the 8th June. Once again I am sorry that you have been unhappy with your experience to date, however I am confident that once this issue has been resolved you will have many years of enjoyment from your blind.
