Once we have completed a survey then all service and manufacturing costs are fully committed to a bespoke product with no value other than to the customer for whom it has been designed. Unfortunately, over the years, we have encountered a small but costly minority of customers who will try to find ways to avoid paying the final balance once the product is installed. The costs in time and legal fees usually outweigh the debt and we are therefore forced into the position of losing the final balance. This tiny minority of customers is the sole reason for these payment terms.
