The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpfull, friendly and had the answers to my questions. Just the sort of customer service that works. I booked.

Costly telephone system
There are several different numbers to use. All which cost money especially when you have to wait a minimum of 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer. You are passed from pillar to Post and people...
