I really enjoyed my course and I would recommend it to somebody. The instructor was brilliant and I have the confidence now to carried out the training

Really good informative and practical course which I thougherly enjoyed. I've already put some of the course into practice and getting more confident each time and my service users enjoy it too.

A very useful pack supplied beforehand which supported the live learning well. Sarah was very engaging and supportive and was happy to answer questions at any point.

The chair base exercises coarse plus the teacher is excellent work. I am glad a did the coarse be cause i can apply it in our community centre 😃
