Excellent, informative and fun course
Really good informative and practical course which I thougherly enjoyed. I've already put some of the course into practice and getting more confident each time and my service users enjoy it too.

A very useful pack supplied beforehand which supported the live learning well. Sarah was very engaging and supportive and was happy to answer questions at any point.

A very well paced and fun session. Our teacher was very knowledgeable and supportive. The additional media (the big booklet) is full of useful info too.

The chair base exercises coarse plus the teacher is excellent work. I am glad a did the coarse be cause i can apply it in our community centre 😃

Worth it!
Happy with the practical work, however, not much of theory was given apart from a book to read at home. It would have been nice to get the theory explained with a bit more that just how to do the...
