No customer service, no response

As soon as I placed my order, I realised that I made a mistake. Contacted them straight away and they never responded, They have a premium rate number to call. Poor service.

We are disappointed you feel this way, but your order was place late New Years Eve so no we were not working. It was New Year Eve. You you left no message on the answerphone nor did you send us an email? If you contact us we via email or phone we will always endeavour to respond to customer immediately. Your product was delivered in a timely manner.
