We are sorry you feel there was a delay but this was pre-order and was made clear that this would not be shipped to end of Janury early February. If you do not understand this your welcome to contact us and we can offer you a refund.

Dear Sir, We are at a loss to understand why you have made this feedback. The review request was for an order you placed in October. This order you have received in good time and signed for all of which we have evidence. Also in the meantime you have made subsequent orders which makes this review even more bizarre, so if there was an issue why have you not tried to contacted us? In the meantime we have tried to email you but yet you have not replied. If you have any concerns please contact is directly. Regards, Edward

This was not a mistake on Y&E, it was a hickup on the delivery company so i am amending accordingly. Apologies for the error The team at Youth & Earth have shown to be very responsive and deliver great service. Using them again
