Hi David, Thanks for coming back to us and giving more detail on your experience. I'll make sure that your feedback is passed onto Sharon and her manager 😊

Hi William, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and for the positive feedback. I'm happy to hear that you are pleased with the service our team has provided so far with your leasing journey! We ask for the review at this point in your journey as everything up to now is under our control. Once the car is ordered we are reliant on the funder and dealership to provide us with accurate information and whilst we will do everything in our power to make sure the process runs smoothly for you it is not completely under our control. However, I can understand how this feels a little early in your journey to leave a review on your new lease. Feefo does send a reminder but only the one as we recognise that repeatedly asking would be annoying. I know our team will be working to make sure the finance documents and delivery arrangements run smoothly for you and if you have any questions our Support Team are on hand to help.

Hi, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a fantastic review! We're really happy to get such positive feedback, and I know our team will make sure your leasing journey continues to be as smooth with your finance contracts and delivery arrangements 😊

Hi Graham, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. I'm sorry to hear that the price quoted for the car you wanted changed during the quote process, unfortunately we are dependent on the manufacturer and funder for the quotes and these can change. I'm happy that you still decided to place the order with us and I know the team will continue to make the rest of the process as smooth as possible for you.

Hi Neil, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review! I'm really happy to hear how helpful Terry was in arranging your new lease 😊
