Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a detailed review. I'm happy to hear how helpful the team, Paul in particular, were with arranging your new lease. We show the best price at the time on our website and this can change if you want to change the terms of the lease or spec of the car, including the colour of the vehicle. Stock moves quickly and I can see that this was a contributing factor in the price change for you as when we placed your order there were only the metallic paint options available, which was higher than the price you initially enquired on. We use the term in stock on vehicles in the UK or nearly here, as it will take around two to three weeks for the finance process to be completed, including a cooling off period, and delivery arranged. Apologies if this was not clearly explained to you. I know that our support team will now be managing your order to the best of their ability and will be on hand to answer any questions you may have about the leasing process and delivery of your new car 😊
