Rubbish service. Paid for next day delivery and waited over a week to receive the goods. Delivery charge was refunded.

I can see from the tracking information on your order that the courier unfortunately experienced an unexpected mechanical failure which lead to a delay whilst this was fully investigated.
As soon as the issue was resolved, your parcel was then dispatched out and delivered to you.

This is the second purchase from postofficeshop and both times I've bought a few small items which arrived in a giant box. I thought it was a mistake first time but I bought even less this time but...
