Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my apologies that you did not receive your order when expected.
I have checked the tracking information for you and unfortunately it seems that there was a delay with our order due to an error with the address according to our courier company. I can see however though that your order was finally delivered on 19/03/2018 as you note.
I apologise for any inconvenience that this delay may have caused you.
I did not receive my item. Upon telephoning the helpline I learned that my item had been delivered and signed for at an alternative address and I do not know where this is.
