The service was fine. You were let down by the Post Office delivery person who managed to damage the packaging when he forced it through my letterbox, I was not impressed.
I’ve only rated this service 4 stars as the items were in stock yet took over a week to get to me. Given it’s the Royal Mail sending their own stock I stupidly assumed it would be a fast process....
