I didn’t give 5 stars because I thought the ENORMOUS box (for a MINUSCULE content) wasn’t eco friendly at all!
I was also disappointed that I could not buy ALL 1st class ONLY or ALL 2nd class ONLY...

Please accept my apologies that you were unhappy with the amount of packaging that your order arrived in and that you were unhappy that the Presentation Packs featured a variety of stamp values.
I have made sure to pass your comments regarding the amount of packaging used for your order onto our warehouse team so that this can be more appropriately adjusted to suit items in future.
In regards to your feedback on the variety of stamp denominations used in our Presentation Packs, this is unfortunately unable to be adjusted as this is how the Royal Mail have intentionally produced these collectible items.
