We're really sorry to hear about your experience on the first day of using it. I can't recall other customers having the same issue, but obviously this sort of problem depends entirely on the positioning of the box and the prevailing wind when it is raining. I would be surprised if it happened every time, however if it does, can only suggest that you consider a more sheltered position if at all possible?
