Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we don't quite follow the comment 'passed water poor' as it doesn't seem to relate to either the items we sent you or our service. Could it be meant for another purchase you made elsewhere? Would you be able to explain a little further please or possibly review your score and this is important to our other customers. We have already sent you a replacement for a faulty item and also made a partial refund of your postage and replied to your email sent to customer service.

Thanks for updating your feedback here - I've added to the product comment too so it helps other customers but if you use a search engine to look for 'brown screws' you'll find there are plenty of options.

Thank you for your feedback. As we explained in our email to you, there are no fixing screws included in this item and this is detailed on our product specification. This is because of the wide variety of surfaces the bell could be fixed to and is fairly standard for this type of item. If you need to match the screw colour to the doorbell if you use a search engine to look for 'brown screws' you'll find there are plenty of options.

Thanks for your feedback here and I checked with the manufacturer and I think the change is quite subtle. The advice is: Start with all of them screwed fully in, then light one burner at a time. Gradually unscrew the bolt until the flame changes from blue to having a small yellow tip. Repeat the process for the other burners. This ensures the correct air–gas mixture and an optimal flame. Hope this helps and do let us know if you need further information.
