Thank you for your feedback which is appreciated. We fully understand that when you've waited a while for your furniture to be made it can be disappointing to find it has arrived damaged. Please accept our apologies. In this case I understand there was minor damage to two items within your order and upon receiving notification of this yesterday we have organised for the damaged parts to be sent to you. Incidentally I'm not sure how you calculate 6 weeks delay. After chasing you for a response to our email sent the day after your order a week elapsed we revived confirmation from you 4 weeks before the good were delivered.

Thanks for your feedback although whilst we have responded to these comments on the product section I'm not sure why our service has merited 3 stars here. Your order was shipped on the day it was ordered and was delivered 2 days later. Not sure what more we could have done but please let us know if our service could be improved.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we don't quite follow the comment 'passed water poor' as it doesn't seem to relate to either the items we sent you or our service. Could it be meant for another purchase you made elsewhere? Would you be able to explain a little further please or possibly review your score and this is important to our other customers. We have already sent you a replacement for a faulty item and also made a partial refund of your postage and replied to your email sent to customer service.

Thanks for updating your feedback here - I've added to the product comment too so it helps other customers but if you use a search engine to look for 'brown screws' you'll find there are plenty of options.
