Very long delivery. It should have said out of stock when ordering. However it didn’t and I had to wait for the item for far too long.

We won’t be coming back anytime soon

Ordered a perennial spade for a family members birthday and keen Gardner. After delivery repeatedly put back we ended up cancelling our order and went elsewhere . It was £3 cheaper too

Thank you for your feedback, however I am a little puzzled by it, as your order was despatched to you on 26/8 and not cancelled. I wonder if we were the 'elsewhere' you referred to? There was a short delay to the order which was advised to you the next working day after you ordered, but was certainly not 'repeatedly but back'. Are you able to clarify for us please as obviously we are disappointed and upset by your comment.
