Delivery time is too long!

Flooring was great but the delivery time was ridiculous. Two weeks!! I ordered off your profile on eBay and it was delivered in 4 days. Wish I did that initially rather than pay £20 for delivery off...

I am sorry for the wait. We have had overwhelming demand during Covid and some products are taking longer to send, and some couriers are also experiencing delays. We have managed to reduce our delivery wait significantly and most orders are now delivered within 3-4 working days.
