Good quality.

Delivered on date requested. Driver unloaded on pallet. Floor now fitted. Good quality for price compared to local suppliers looked at. Looks great! Really pleased!

No follow up when promised

I had a chat with a representative and he promised to check the chemical emissions (formaldehyde VCOs, etc) of the flooring with the factory and come back to me. Over 2 weeks later I have not...

I'm sorry that this was not followed up. Our technical director who looks after this data unexpectedly had to isolate for 2 weeks after returning from a holiday due to new travel corridor quarantine measures. This delayed our response and I am sorry you were not kept up to date on this. I have personally checked with him, and currently, this flooring is Floor Score rated and passes Air quality standards SCS-EC10.3-2014 . TVOC levels are in compliance with CDPH/EHLB standards. Our tech director will be returning to the office on the 7th September and will be able to address any questions you may have then.
