Thank you for your feedback. As advised on placing your order we are unable to provide a timed delivery service which you had requested in your order comments, on your second order we provided a free AM delivery as a gesture of goodwill, however, the driver was delayed due to issues out of our control. We did provide a refund for the cost of delivery and I do apologise if you have not received this yet. We include a picking list and full instructions for each item as standard with each order, this was emailed to you and a copy sent with your delivery. This breaks down what is required for each bed individually and a step by step guide on how to build the beds, this is clearly labelled with bed sizes on the front page. Please do contact us if we can help any further and I do apologise again for the issues with your delivery.
Easy purchase and fast delivery but difficult to construct. Needed assistance completing. Finish at top - holes too small for dowels and one side too large so had to be sawed.

Thank you for your feedback. In our instructions, it does state that on the final layer the dowels need to be cut half way down to ensure the capping finish will sit properly on the blocx. I do apologise for any confusion here.

I do apologise for the issue with your delivery, this was sent to our delivery couriers in plenty of time and was with your local courier on the Friday so I can only apologise this was not delivered as promised, unfortunately as we were not made aware of this issue we were unable to rectify it on the day, however we have provided a full refund for delivery and can only apologise for the delay. We have also passed our concerns on to the delivery company.
