Good overall service,but was waiting for email confirmation it went to junk

Good service,unfortunately waiting for confirmation and all correspondence had gone to junk.

Thank you for your positive feedback and we are glad you rated the service so highly. We have had feedback from other customers regarding our email confirmations going into junk/spam mail folders. This seems to mainly occur with Hotmail and AOL email servers. We are currently working with AOL and Hotmail to try and resolve this issue.
