Missing docs :-(
Wedding insurance up to the value of £32k. It said the documents would be emailed however nothing was emailed. Glad I downloaded and saved.

Many thanks for your feedback and apologies you didn't receive your confirmation email with policy documents.  I checked our system and can see a confirmation email was sent out to you immediately after purchase but for some reason this did not get through to you.  As such, I personally sent you an email directly with your policy documentation so you should now have everything you need.  Once again, thanks for the feedback and we wish you all the best for your upcoming wedding.
