Friendly and helpful. Unfortunately having checked my watch battery for me, the sales assistant failed to replace the back correctly and it subsequently leaked, ruining my watch.

Thank you for your kind comments about our service. I would like to look further into the issue surrounding your watch. As I am sure you would have been told, battery replacements carried out in-store are not guaranteed water resistant. However, we do offer a pressure test after battery replacement to ensure the watch does not leak when used in or near water. This does cost a little more, but saves the issue you have encountered happening. If you would like to discuss this further, please email me davidclark@weclarkandson.co.uk
