Under the Doormat were amazing. We required urgent accommodation in the middle of London’s peak season. They we’re so helpful and made our stressful situation experience seem less.

Should have been advised that the property was lived in and was just vacated for our stay. Felt strange that we were not in property that was used just as a rental.

Check in went smoothly. Communication was great. We appreciate the early check in as we had been traveling with children for almost 24 hours due to a 6 hour delay.

You must be experiencing a huge volume of emails because I still haven't had a reply to mine and I sent it three times. I had to go through air B and B in the end to try and get a refund and you wouldn't even refund me £100.

Good morning,
We manage over 200 homes in London & welcome over 1,500 guests on the AirBnB platform alone per year.
As we have already discussed, we have received positive feedback & reviews about the home you stayed in from other guests. We've also mentioned previously that we are always happy to address concerns during the stay however we cannot change things after the checkout is complete.
In saying this, we are working through your review with the homeowner to address your points. Some of your concerns: replacing the window frame for instance, require major work that cannot be completed quickly or conveniently during a guests stay.
As a token of goodwill we did refund the cleaning fee to you through AirBnB. If you haven't received the payment yet, you will need to discuss with the AirBnB accounts department as they are the arbiter of the transaction.
Once again, we're terribly sorry you didn't enjoy the home as much as we do. We would still love the opportunity to host you again in London & show you the best that UnderTheDoormat can offer.

Because of the high amount of traffic we face during the summer time, there was a delay in responding to our guests but we always adhere to get back to our guests as soon as we can.
