Not the best start

I didn't find the booking agent particulary warm.or friendly. The information on line was not very comprehensive as I thought I was booking a coach holiday not a self drive break

Thank you for booking with us, we can see you contacted us on our self drive ukbreakaways phone number, I have spoken to our reservations manager Claire, who agreed you may swap your break to a coach break if you wish, your nearest pickup location is Huddersfield and you would need to pay the difference in cost - if you would like to arrange for this swap, please kindly call us on 0344 815 3001 and we will get this sorted for you : ) We hope you have a lovely break with us either way Kind regards Gem

Bosworth Hall Tribute Night booking for 6

Quick, convenient, liked the confirmation email at the end . Bit odd the default bed arrangement was a twin. They're usually in short supply.
