Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear your wife is unwell at the moment. Unfortunately if you don't have an insurance policy and are close to the travel date, we have usually paid all third party suppliers for your holiday and monies cannot be refunded to us. We appreciate this may be disappointing and we hope you have a lovely break if you can make it, alternatively, if the travel date has not passed - we would be happy to do a name change and transfer your break to a family member or friend - this can be arranged via our reservations team.
