I have just looked into your job and it looks like we performed an exchange upon your request 3 weeks after the first skip was delivered. We did not book a collection in for the second skip as we did not know how long it would take you to load this one. I can see that the collection was requested on the second skip and we collected the skip within 48 hours of this request.
