Placed order 7 days ago, haven't received goods. Also, have received an email only today stating one of the items is out of stock although I had paid for it. Not very happy.

I have not yet recieved my delivery and emailed to ask what has happened to it and as yet had no response. Not impressed!!!

Just a problem every time with the password, have to phone to reset it, and when reset next time I shop still cannot get past the password, so you lose my order.
