Items arrived not together and the parcel was broken and books edges were exposed. Some items not available

Very good range of children's book. Thank you. Therefore, the warehouse management should be improved, quite often, there is something missing in the parcel.

Would have been good to have a note in first delivery that the final book would arive seperatly.
