Villa Esme is indeed a beautiful villa and we are delighted that you thought so too. We have passed on your feedback to the management company & we understand that they came to the property as soon as you reported the problem with the toilet to resolve it. We were not informed of the other issues during your stay & we would always request for our clients to contact our local representative in The Algarve as soon as possible with any issues so that we can work to get them rectified.
