Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback for your recent holiday to Crete and for your subsequent letter, to which we will respond separately. As a much-valued customer I do feel, in the instance of your return flight, that our level of service and attention to detail did not meet the high standards that we set. The return flight time provided was incorrectly loaded into our system with an hour’s discrepancy in the arrival time, and I can fully appreciate the frustration that this error caused. The location, on Fiscardo's waterfront, is unbeatable.
