Thanks for your feedback. We will endeavour to work on our communication regarding changeover of passengers on to different buses. Unfortunately there can be unforeseen hold-ups to buses intended to meet each other in the valley - but we completely understand that this can be an unnerving experience for passengers. The airport reps do fantastic work - and we will get them more support in the future as well.

Transfer itself good but a few tweaks still needed

The actual transfer itself was fine once I managed to locate the pick-up point from the illegible map that was provided. The phone support was excellent on the return journey. Outbound the support...

Thanks for your feedback. At the moment we are working with the maps provided by the airport and resorts, but we understand that they aren't the clearest...and we will be making improvements such as google maps in the near future. Unfortunately our service agreement is only to set locations within each resort, but I do understand that this should have been handled better in your situation - and we have made adjustments accordingly for future Snowbus passengers. Cheapest transfer I've seen and just as good as any other!

A lot cheaper than most services and just as good. If people weren't on time the bus driver did leave without them understandably, so make sure you're on time! The bus only had a few people on it...
