Not received order

I haven’t received my order despite ordering nearly 2 weeks ago.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the delay in receiving your order, I can see you chose Royal Mail as a delivery option. Royal Mail have announced multiple strike days since September which has caused significant delays across the network, this will be the reason your order was delayed. Unfortunately this is outside of our control and we can see you have now received your order. We have the option of using DPD in future as this is a more reliable and speedy service and includes tracking. If you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to get in touch Team Shnuggle :)
