Holiday Beach Club is a budget friendly hotel therefore room standards will not be the same quality as hotels that you pay a higher premium for, however cleanliness should always be maintained. It's disappointing to hear you encountered some issues during your stay. I do hope you raised these with your representative in resort as I am confident they would have done all they could to rectify things for you. Despite the points mentioned I hope there were some elements of your stay you enjoyed. Thank you for taking the time to review, it is always appreciated.
The flights ( both ways ) were absolutely dreadful, one of the most unpleasant flights we have ever had to endure. The aircraft was completely full, which would be fine if the airline stopped...
