Thank you for your feedback I'm glad to hear our customer services team was able to follow up for you, but I'm sorry the overall delivery experience with Evri fell short of what it should have been. Being told the parcel had been left in a porch you don't have, while you were home, is clearly not right, and I completely understand your reluctance to order anything requiring Evri delivery again after this. I'm also sorry to hear the parcel arrived with the external packaging ripped off, and that the driver had already left before you had a chance to speak with them. This isn't the standard of delivery we expect, and I'll be sure to feed this back so it can be looked into. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience with us. Good afternoon, Thank you for your feedback, and we're really pleased to hear that you are happy with the Ryefield Armchair. We're very sorry to hear about the delivery experience, though, this is not the standard of service we expect for our customers, particularly given the ages and circumstances involved. Attempting to leave the item in the garden, and then refusing to remove packaging to get it into the room it was intended for, falls well short of what should have happened. We're also concerned to hear this wasn't an isolated incident. We'll be raising this directly with our delivery partner as a formal complaint, and feeding back the impact this has had.
