Satisfactory overall when booking. Need more flexibility with ability to book own seats on flights that was tedious compared to other companies

While we were please to hear that you found the booking process to be satisfactory, we regret to learn that the ability to book your own seats on these flights, compared less favourably to your experience with other companies. As you were part of a group booking, we could not release the PNR for your flight until 8-6 weeks prior to departure, as per the terms set by our partnered airline supplier. As soon as we received this, we understand that you were split from the group, given your PNR which enabled you to book your own seats.

It's wonderful to hear how much you enjoyed your Douro Valley and Salamanca River Cruise aboard the Riviera Rose. We are so pleased that you found the ship beautifully appointed, the staff fantastic and attentive, and the food delicious.
