We had a really lovely time the staff were really friendly and helpful, our room was fine . Reception staff especially helpful .

Such an easy booking and perfect start to our break
I booked with no problems, delighted to find I had been sent the boarding passes and got speedy boarding.
Didn’t need to get in contact again as all details were sent in an e-mail.
Really brilliant.

All excellent - we just didn’t expect a £10 per night service charge added to the bill when we left when we thought we had paid for the accommodation.
