Everything was organised perfectly from start to finish of our holiday. We were made to feel like special guests wherever we went.

The car on the ferry was badly positioned, neither driver or passenger could get of the vehicle easily

Thank you for sharing your feedback on your recent break to Jersey. We are sorry to learn of the inconvenience you faced with the parking of your car on the ferry and the insufficient space around your vehicle. We understand how frustrating this must have been for you and for that we are sorry.
We also regret to hear about your disappointing experience at the Beachcombers Hotel. Premier Holidays has used this hotel for some time now and general feedback remains high. Excellent Holiday
Efficient and polite. Provided good supply of information.slight confusion over whether they were part of Premier holidays or separate which affected our transport to hotel.
