I would have rated 5 star had they not got some names wrong on the booking and issued an invoice with a higher value than quoted, all of which was however rectified.

Efficient company
Efficient company, always helpful on telephone and well informed e mails. Would have been useful to know I didn’t need a boarding pass until at airport.

Check the flights
Service was good, but it's a 3 day break from Brum as flight lands late, then enormous amount of time hanging around coming back
