Hello, we appreciate the feedback. We did process your order as soon as possible, as we received it after the shipping cut-off for the day. UPS only counts normal business days for deliveries, expedited or otherwise. Saturday delivery is an option, at a premium price, but once a shipment has already been processed we cannot change the delivery method mid-shipment. Hope this makes sense, sorry if you feel misinformed. We hope to do better for you next time.
